<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate and manage the full R&D project lifecycle, including design, material tracking, BOM creation, prototyping, performance validation, process confirmation, and pilot production. - Define project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities at each stage to ensure clear progress control and efficient execution. - Coordinate cross-functional resources (R&D, production, procurement), monitor progress in real time, and proactively resolve issues to achieve project goals. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. High Conversational English proficiency (able to read and report in English) ・Min. 3 years as R&D senior in medical equipment manufacturing industry and familiar with AutoCAD 3D ・Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
