Job Description
- Apply previous experience and knowledge specific to the seasoning industry in daily tasks and long-term development projects.
- Serve as a liaison for consultations with BPOM regarding food regulations and standards.
-Ensure all product development complies with Halal standards and relevant food safety regulations.
- Ensure that all developed products meet internal and external standards through sensory evaluation and physical analysis.
- Conduct laboratory-scale sample preparation for new seasoning products.
-Research and evaluate new raw materials to enhance or develop new products.
-Prepare and support pilot and large-scale production trials by accurately registering new raw materials.
-Develop and implement appropriate weighing and production procedures for each product.
-Perform accurate costing calculations for new product development, considering raw material prices, processing costs, and scalability.
-Supervise and guide R&D staff in daily activities, providing support, direction, and performance feedback as needed.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology,
・Min 2-3 years experience as Research and Development in seasoning food manufacture
・Experience with BPOM and Halal regulatory consultations and compliance.
・Experience in sensory and physical analysis food products and perform cost estimation
・Business level of English
