Job Description
- Develop and improve food products, recipes, and formulations - Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and production trials - Evaluate raw materials and support supplier/ingredient trials - Ensure products meet quality, food safety, and company standards - Support product scale-up from R&D trials to mass production - Prepare product specifications, formulations, trial reports, and costing - Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Marketing teams - Support continuous improvement and cost optimization - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome - Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology - Business English proficiency - 1 year of experience in R&D within the food manufacturing industry is preferred - Good knowledge of food processing, formulation, and food safety - Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
