Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Design HVAC components and systems using CAD software (3D, 2D, resin, piping, metal sheet design) - Conduct engineering analyses including FMEA and FTA to ensure product reliability and safety - Perform materials testing and reliability assessments for products, parts, and materials - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development from concept through production - Apply mechanical engineering and materials mechanics knowledge to solve design challenges - Prepare technical documentation and reports related to R&D projects - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency - Other task assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum D3 majoring in engineering ・Active high conversational level of English ・More than 2 years of working experience as development engineer or R&D engineer preferably in the home appliances or HVAC industries ・Proficient in CAD design and engineering analysis ・Experience in product/part/material testing and reliability evaluation ・Hardworking with strong teamwork skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese skill will be an advantage
