<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze trend to create new menu innovation
- Coordinate with internal team for new menu development
- Arrange product tasting periodically with BoD
- Do QC testing and vendor sourcing if needed
- Present new menu concept proposals to management
- Monitor product performance and develop strategies to improve the menu
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related
・Min. High Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience as R&D Chef, specializing in developing Japanese food menu in well known brand or hotel, with previous international exposure (working experience abroad)
・Willing to do mobile work mostly around Jakarta (kitchen in various areas)
・Creative, good work ethics, good communication skill
