<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze trend to create new menu innovation
- Coordinate with internal team for new menu development
- Arrange product tasting periodically with BoD
- Do QC testing and vendor sourcing if needed
- Present new menu concept proposals to management
- Monitor product performance and develop strategies to improve the menu
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related
・Min. High Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience as R&D Chef, specializing in developing Indonesian food menu in well known F&B brand
・Willing to do mobile work mostly around Jakarta (kitchen in various areas)
・Creative, good work ethics, good communication skill
