Job Description
- Develop and reformulate seasoning products according to customer requirements and regulatory standards. - Evaluate raw materials, conduct ingredient testing, and approve materials for product development use. - Prepare and maintain product formulations, specifications, and technical documentation. - Support QA/QC with product validation, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations. - Collaborate with Production, QA and Sales to resolve technical issues. - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, process efficiency, and cost optimization. - Provide technical support for customer complaints, product troubleshooting, and corrective actions. - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Fresh-graduate from related major or 1-2 years experience(s) as R&D staff from food manufacturing, preferably from food seasoning ・High-conversational level of English ・Able to support product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations ・Proficient in MS Office with good data and documentation skills ・Willing to travel to Singapore for training and exhibition (expenses covered by company and will be given pocket money) ・Basic knowledge of food formulation, seasoning ingredients, and raw material evaluation is preferred ・Familiar with food safety and quality systems (GMP, HACCP; ISO/FSSC is an advantage) is preferred
