Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Conduct quantity take off calculations to determine material and labor requirements. - Develop RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) and assist in preparing RAP (Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan). - Analyze unit price costs for materials, labor, and equipment. - Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with the approved budget. - Track cost variations and provide recommendations for cost control measures. - Evaluate potential financial risks during project execution. - Review contractor claims and variations. - Prepare cost comparison analysis for subcontractors and suppliers. - Support the procurement team in evaluating vendor quotations. - Participate in negotiation with contractors and suppliers regarding project costs. -Prepare regular reports on project cost progress and financial performance. - Monitor actual costs against planned budgets. - Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency. - Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate cost calculations. - Coordinate with project management teams including engineers, architects, and contractors. - Ensure all cost estimations align with technical project requirements. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field ・Conversational level of English ・Have 4 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction or real estate development projects with cost estimation, budgeting or project cost control experience ・Experience preparing RAB and RAP documents, ability to analyze unit price calculations for construction work ・Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and construction estimation software ・Good communication and teamwork abilities, high level of discipline, responsibility, and integrity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
