Job Description
- Conduct quality control and production monitoring - Inspect and verify the quality of components supplied by vendors according to company standards - Monitor supplier production plans and progress to ensure timely delivery and production requirements are met - Coordinate with suppliers to identify and resolve quality or production issues - Prepare quality and production monitoring reports and communicate findings to relevant internal teams - Follow up on corrective actions and ensure suppliers maintain the required quality standards - Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance processes - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality enhancement - Support new product introduction from quality perspective - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Conversational English proficiency - At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control in fiber optics cable manufacture - Understanding of QC, component inspection, production monitoring, supplier management - Proficiency in MS Office - Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
