Job Description
- Standardize and maintain all IQC inspection reports. - Lead the team in conducting quality inspections on all related materials. - Coordinate with suppliers to establish quality standards. - Compile and analyze supplier quality data. - Facilitate quality coordination between internal departments and suppliers. - Develop quality processes for OEM factories and manage daily quality control for incoming materials and production processes. - Conduct finished product audits and prepare corresponding reports. - Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Business level English proficiency - Minimum 5 years of experience in material quality assurance in footwear or handbag manufacture industry - Good communication skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills, accountable and reliable
