Job Description
- Lead NPI quality issues and ensure proper documentation is maintained - Evaluate and review product quality specifications for compliance and accuracy - Oversee environmental compliance or material composition certificates (e.g., CoC/MSDS) - Handle customer complaints using 8D methodology and monitor resolution progress - Coordinate and manage customer and third-party audits (e.g., FSC, ISO 9001) - Conduct quality system audits for new suppliers and perform annual assessments - Manage regional ECN/ECR processes and evaluate their impact on product quality - Maintain and oversee the document control center (DCC) - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's Degree ・Min. High Conversational level Mandarin and High Conversational level English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience as QA Engineer in a manufacturing company and is used to communicating with Chinese expatriates ・Own ISO 9001 & FSC certificate, familiar with problem solving methodology (8D, fishbone, failure tree, etc.) ・Proactive and good problem solving skills
