Job Description
- Oversee all cost management aspects - Prepare detailed project estimations - Conduct visits regularly to monitor progress - Manage contracts and negotiate with external parties - Prepare and present financial report to stakeholders - Develop and implement cost control strategies - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from well known university ・Conversational English proficiency (understand written report) ・Min. 5 years as QS Manager with at least 3 years handling residential/housing project ・Stable job (stay in one company for at least 3 years) ・Good analytical skill, good management skill and coordination skill
