Job Description
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949). - Ensure company-wide compliance with applicable ISO standards and internal procedures. - Prepare, control, and update documentation related to the management system (SOPs, work instructions, manuals) - Coordinate and conduct internal audits, and support external audits (certification and surveillance audits). - Analyze quality and system performance data to identify areas for improvement. - Assist in management review meetings and prepare necessary reports. - Provide training and awareness programs related to ISO standards and quality systems. - Liaise with relevant departments to ensure proper implementation of management systems. - Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements in the automotive industry. - Collaborate with QA/QC to assess NG product - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. ・Business level of English ・Have 2 years of experience in ISO/Quality Management Systems in for ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949 in automotive manufacturing industry ・Experience in conducting internal audits, handling external audits. Familiarity with documentation control and quality system procedures. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). ・Good communication, coordination skills across departments, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
