Job Description
- Responsible in handling quality management of local and overseas plants - Develop and implement a comprehensive global quality strategy that aligns with corporate goals and customer expectations - Manage and coordinate quality systems implementation across all business units, ensuring adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and relevant industry standards - Direct quality assurance teams globally, providing leadership, guidance, and support to promote a strong quality culture - Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements into all operational processes - Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities - Drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance product and process reliability - Lead training and development initiatives to strengthen quality awareness and technical competencies across all levels of the organization - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within global quality teams
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related major ・Active business English skill ・Minimum 5 years of working experience as a QM Senior Manager in the automotive Industry ・Have certification and strong knowledege in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Six Sigma methodologies ・Proven experience in handling quality management for multiple plants ・Good leadership and communication skills
