Job Description
-Create and implement a plan to establish and maintain product or service quality standards. -Manage and mentor QA/QC personnel, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance reviews. -Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and certifications to ensure compliance with relevant requirements. -Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement. -Track and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. -Implement initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of products or services. -Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to integrate quality practices and resolve quality issues. -Ensuring that products or services meet customer expectations and resolving quality-related complaints. -Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to management. -Developing and delivering training programs to increase quality awareness throughout the organization. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have good English skills (above high-conversational) ・Have working experience as QCQA manager more than 1 year ・Have working experience in steel company (Japanese company ・Stable career ・Need to commute two location
