Job Description
- Conduct quality inspections and product testing, including regular inspections at each stage from raw materials to finished products, and measurement of rubber properties such as specific gravity, strength, and hardness - Identify and analyze defective products, including judgment of rubber-specific defects (premature vulcanization, bubbles, foreign matter contamination, etc.) and cause analysis and improvement proposals using statistical tools - Perform sampling and document preparation, including sample collection and creation of test daily reports for management - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Production Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering - Ability to operate rubber testing machines (viscosity, hardness, tensile strength, etc.) - Knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) - At least 3 years of experience in quality control in rubber manufacturing with more than 1-2 years QC senior or supervisor expeirence in Rubber related devision - Problem-solving ability using QC7 tools and Six Sigma - High accuracy and discipline, strong communication skills to immediately stop production in case of abnormalities
