<Job Responsibilities> - To oversee all quality control related operation in the factory - Lead and supervise QC team to ensure consistency of produced product quality aligned with company standards - Responsible in investigating and resolving quality related issues - Prepare and create regular QC inspection reports - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency - Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Active English skill ・More than 3 years of working experience as QC Leader in a Japanese Automotive or Plastic Manufacturing company ・Good understanding of 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and QC 7 Tools ・Able to work under pressure, good attention to details, good communication skill, and good leadership
