Job Description
・Lead operators in daily inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages. ・Operate and analyze measurement data using 3D CMM, Surface Roughness Testers, Hardness Testers, and standard tools such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges. ・Prepare and maintain QC documentation including Inspection Reports, Repair / Defect Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Action Reports (CAR), Quality Control Plans (QCPC), Process Flow Diagrams, Customer Claim / NCR Reports. ・Manage and resolve customer and supplier quality claims. ・Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to prevent quality issues and improve process consistency. ・Provide training and guidance to the QC team to improve skill levels and inspection accuracy. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・High School's degree. ・3 years of experience as QC Staff from Steel Manufacturing. ・Proficient in the use of the following measuring tools: Special QC Tools: 3D CMM, Surface Test, Hardness Test. Small tools: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. ・Experienced in reading technical drawings and understand welding symbols. ・Experienced in handling customer and supplier claims. ・Personality : Honest, meticulous, proactive, and able to work in teams and individually.
