Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 10 years as QC, with 3 years as Supervisor in Polyester or flexible packaging industry ・Experienced in handling large numbers of subordinates (staff, senior staff to operator level) ・Good leadership skill, good management skill, good interpersonal skill, highly responsible, proactive, smart, excellent problem solving skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese manufacture ・Able to join asap
