Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist Manager in overseeing all quality control operations in the factory - Communicate effectively with buyers and customers about product quality, inspection standards, and issue resolutions - Supervise QC members and ensure quality procedures are followed throughout production - Conduct regular quality inspections, review reports, and take corrective actions - Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection summaries - Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure quality requirements are met - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency - Handle quality related complaints and ensure timely feedback to customers - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Min. High Conversational Mandarin proficiency (can read and speak clearly) and conversational English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of working experience as QC in the footwear industry, with good understanding of footwear production process, materials and quality standards ・Good leadership skill, detail oriented, good communication skill
