Job Description
- Ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meets established quality standards.
-Monitor production line processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain certifications including Halal and BPOM.
-Support preparation and implementation of FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000 certification.
- Assist in internal and external audits (e.g., Halal, BPOM, customer audits).
-Organize and conduct internal training sessions related to food safety and Halal requirements.
- Ensure production lines operate in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other food safety regulations.
-Address unexpected issues such as changes in product documentation, customer requests, interdepartmental concerns, and problem resolution.
-Develop and issue product specifications, allergen declarations, and other quality documentation.
-Oversee new product trials from raw material measurement to final filling stage, ensuring quality compliance at each step.
Investigate product quality-related complaints, prepare investigation reports, and ensure thorough follow-up and resolution.
-Lead and mentor QA team members, delegate tasks, provide performance feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
-Identify training needs for both internal team members and external stakeholders, and organize necessary training programs.

Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
・Min 2-3 years of experience as QA/QC in food manufacturing
・Experience with Halal, BPOM, ISO/FSSC 22000 certification process
・Strong understanding of food safety systems and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, etc.)
・Business level of English
