Job Description
- Visit factories in Central Java 3 to 4 days each week, simultaneously - Develop and refine processes, systems, and workflows to prevent defects in the product - Establish quality standards and define best practices for development, production, or service delivery - Conduct regular audits to ensure procedures are being followed correctly and effectively - Identify potential risks or areas for improvement and implement measures to prevent future issues - Focus on continuous improvement to enhance product quality - Consolidate and share reports with the manager - Perform other related tasks as necessary
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, or a related field - Min. high conversational English - At least 7 years of experience as a QA/QC in Retail (Product Development & Management System), Fashion Trading (Product Development & Management System), or Third-Party Inspector companies - Understanding Production Management (from the development stage to the production process and shipment) - Willingness to travel for business trips to Central Java 3-4 times per week simultaneously
