<Job Responsibilities> - Support the preparation, control, and maintenance of QA-related documentation in accordance with company standards - Continuously review and improve QA/QC processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor production processes to ensure full compliance with established quality requirements - Identify, analyze, and implement countermeasures for quality-related issues - Handle and follow up on customer claims in a timely and professional manner - Provide support during internal audits and customer audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards - Manage and perform internal calibration of measuring instruments
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum D3 majoring in engineering ・Conversational level of English ・More than 2 years of working experience as QA, preferably in a Japanese Automative manufacturing company ・Holds an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification ・Demonstrates strong character and decisiveness
