Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain and improve QMS in accordance with IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements - Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspection - Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis - Manage and respond to Customer PPM, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions - Conduct and coordinate internal and customer audits - Prepare and present quality performance reports directly to the President Director - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using FMEA, SPC, and Kaizen principles
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering ・Active Business Level of English proficiency ・Minimum 5–8 years of QA experience in plastic, polymer, or automotive parts manufacturing ・Familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements, with proficiency in QC tools and quality improvement methodologies ・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
