Job Description
-Procurement of Materials & Equipment: Purchase construction materials, equipment, and services at appropriate prices and quality. -Supplier Management: Select vendors, negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and maintain supplier relationships. -Cost Management: Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure procurement stays within budget. -Contract & Purchase Order Management: Prepare contracts, process purchase orders, and manage delivery schedules. -Project Support: Ensure timely supply of materials and services required for real estate development and construction projects. -Risk Management: Address risks such as supply delays and price fluctuations. -Other related tasks as assigened
Job Requirement
-More than 3-5 years Purchasing expeirence in Japanese large company -Have working exeprience in Real estate industry -Deeply understand about ISO and internal control job -More than High conversational level English
