Job Description
- Responsible for the procurement of goods and services for operational and project needs. - Responsible for actively and professionally sourcing, evaluating, and managing vendors. - Ensure all purchasing processes are carried out in a timely, efficient manner and in compliance with company procedures. - Responsible for preparing and managing purchase orders (POs), monitoring deliveries, and coordinating payments. - Responsible for maintaining vendor data, purchasing document archives, and pricing records for goods and services. - Support related teams in procurement budgeting and expense reporting. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Fresh graduates with internship experience(s) are welcome ・Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major from reputable university ・Conversational level of English ・Willing to learn new things ・Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. ・Open to dynamic and fast-paced changes in a Japanese company environment. ・Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on cost efficiency and timeliness.
