< Total : 1400+ Local : 1400+ Japanese : 6 Foreigner : > <Report Line : Japanese and Indonesian Manager> <Team Member: 20 people > <Number of Subordinates: 0 person > <Products: Musical Instruments > <Clients: B to C and B to B > <Job Responsibilities> ・ Identify new suppliers, review terms and negotiate supply agreements ・Establish strategic relationship with key suppliers who are aligned to the company needs ・Inventory and stock control ・Handle EXIM activities and deal with international & local suppliers ・Handle procurement activities from ordering to checking/making sure the incoming goods are as on order ・Regular report to management ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Female, 21-29 years old ・Min. Diploma Degree ・Experienced in working as a Purchasing staff in Japanese manufacturing company ・Conversational English Proficiency (office use) ・Good MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ・Able to use MS Excel in intermediate level (use functions, calculation, data creation) ・Working experience in Japanese company ・Good communication, hardworking and initiative <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Bachelor's Degree ・Able to speak Japanese ・SAP Knowledge ・Available immediately
