<Job Responsibilities> - Support the preparation, issuance, and documentation of Purchase Orders (POs). - Coordinate with suppliers to verify pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines. - Maintain and update supplier records, pricing details, and transaction histories in the system. - Handle purchasing of general operational needs - Help gather and organize documentation needed for supplier evaluations. - Assist in compiling regular purchasing and procurement reports. - Other tasks as assigned.
