◆ Manage the ongoing residential housing development project ◆ Coordinate and communicate with the local business partner ◆ Monitor project progress, schedules, and overall project execution. ◆ Prepare and support project-related documentation and reports. ◆ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. ◆ Conduct market research and business analysis related to real estate projects. ◆ In the future, participate in real estate acquisition and sales projects, as well as new business development initiatives. ◆ Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Japanese company. - Conversational level English communication skills. - Honest, ethical, and responsible personality. - Stable career history (candidates with frequent job changes or a history of disciplinary dismissal are not preferred). - Willingness to learn real estate investment and project management after joining the company. - Experience in finance, investment, M&A, SPC (Special Purpose Company) establishment, or business investment. - Experience in project management or business planning.
