Job Description
- Look after and manage all assets or projects under group company name - Provide opinions and suggestions regarding tenant leasing, sales, and promotional activities - Play crucial role in supporting and leading PM in company - Improve value of the mall by promoting new initiatives and projects - Analyze property performance and create marketing initiatives to increase occupancy - Attract new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals - Maintain relationships with existing tenants - Closely liaise with respective Sales/Marketing teams for each project of group company - Assist tenants with maintenance requests and oversee the process of preparing properties for new tenants - Address tenant complaints and inspect vacated units - Prepare reports on the occupancy and financial performance of properties - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any major - Business level English - Min. 5 years of experience as Marketing Communication Supervisor / Leasing Supervisor in Mall Management (Tier B above) - Experience in marketing research and developing & implementing marketing plans - Strong knowledge and proven experience in asset management, marketing management, lease management, and mall operations (tenant management, tenant leasing, events, building maintenance/BM, etc.) - Willing to do business trips (1-2x/month)
