Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and manage the overall training project scope, timeline, and resources to ensure successful delivery. - Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and risk mitigation strategies. - Oversee and support trainers, instructional designers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of training programs. - Monitor project performance and ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and client standards. - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement. Manage risks and issues proactively to maintain project stability and achieve defined objectives. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 6 years of experience as Project Manager or similar, handling Distribution Management System training project for corporates (experienced in learning management, training operations) ・Detail oriented, meticulous, adaptive, flexible, good communication and good leadership skill
