Job Description
- Lead overall project execution from project handover to final completion. - Develop project strategies, construction methods, schedules, resource plans, and budgets. - Ensure project milestones are achieved according to contractual requirements. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Direct and supervise Site Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors. - Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. - Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project objectives. - Manage project resources including manpower, equipment, and materials. - Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments. - Attend project meetings and provide regular project progress reports. - Manage client expectations and resolve project-related issues professionally. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Review project contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. - Monitor project costs, cash flow, variation orders, and claims. - Identify risks and opportunities affecting project profitability. - Support contract negotiations and dispute resolution when required. - Ensure construction works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures. - Coordinate inspections, testing, and project handover activities. - Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. - Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and applicable regulations. - Promote a strong safety culture across project teams and subcontractors. - Monitor safety performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities for EPC projects. - Monitor engineering deliverables and procurement schedules to support construction progress. - Ensure integration between engineering, procurement, and site execution teams. - Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. - Provide coaching and guidance to site management personnel. - Conduct performance evaluations and support team development initiatives. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 10 years of experience as Project Manager in Construction Project (building such as warehouse and factory), has at least 3 projects experience ・Certificated SKK Level 9 (Civil Engineering) ・Committed, hard working, responsible, good communication
