Job Description
-Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators to ensure flawless project execution. -Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong communication and alignment. -Oversee planning, production, logistics, and on-site execution for marketing activations (booths, events, sampling, etc.). -Ensure all project KPIs (sales targets, sampling data, engagement results, etc.) are achieved. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. -Prepare and present project reports and performance evaluations to both management and clients. -Mentor and coach the Project Coordinator team to enhance their skills and performance.
Job Requirement
-Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing agency, event organizer, or brand activation roles *Offline marketing -Proven experience leading project or field operation teams -Have good English skills (high-conversation above) -Have management experience -Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
