<Number of employees : Total : Around 15 Local : 10, Japanese : 3 Foreigner : 2 > <Products: Data center and facilities > <Clients: Office Management> <Job Responsibilities> - To manage and take on complete project responsibility in all areas of Project management and execution - To manage M&E design and consulting - To meet or exceed project goals established by Management - Ensure job is carried out within budget & schedule - Manage day to day operational aspects of the project and scope - To ensure all projects are completed on time and up to customer satisfaction - To be responsible for development & performance of Maintenance Team by working closely with Maintenance engineers to fulfil customer SLA and meet their satisfaction level. - Assist Chief Representative in pre-sales/sales activities.. - To support organisation strategy by mapping out plans and operation procedures to achieve desirable outcomes. - Work closely with HR/ Admin to periodically review company structure and policies to support business plans. - To be responsible for updating the Chief Representative on the periodic performance of engineers and drafters in the organisation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years’ experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Manager for mission critical buildings such as Data Center, Server Room, etc. - 30 - 45 years old - Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel - Good knowledge of CAD (Computer Aided Design) - Englis skill must bet at business level - Possess either Technical PIC (PJT) with any license, or Classification PIC (PJK) with suitable license with classification. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Independent and possess initiative - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Committed and able to work under pressure
