Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient coordination between engineering, construction, and project management teams - Provide strategic direction and supervision to project managers, site supervisors, and other project staff - Develop project strategies to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization - Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Ensure construction activities comply with design specifications, technical standards, and company policies - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain schedule and quality targets - Integrate cost management, quality control, and timeline monitoring throughout the project lifecycle - Review project budgets and cost performance to ensure financial efficiency. - Ensure all construction activities meet established quality standards and industry regulations - Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - Address client concerns, manage expectations, and ensure overall client satisfaction - Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and company management - Lead multidisciplinary project teams and promote collaboration across departments. - Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical coaching to project supervisors and engineers - Conduct training sessions related to construction safety, project management practices, equipment usage, and time management - Identify potential project risks and develop preventive strategies - Respond quickly to on-site challenges by implementing effective corrective solutions. - Ensure timely reporting and escalation of major issues affecting project performance -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or any related field ・Conversational level of English ・Have 5 years of experience as Project Division manger or 10 years experience in construction project management with managing large scale construction projects including residential housing (landed house, villas) and commercial building (restaurants, apartments, etc) ・Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, managing renovation and new construction ・Experience in cost management, quality control and schedule management with understanding of construction processes, project planning, and site operations. ・Ability to respond quickly to project issues and implement corrective actions, strong communication and reporting skills
