Job Description
- Provide administrative support for railway projects by coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and compiling project progress reports - Assist in contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, including commercial documentation, contract correspondence, and compliance monitoring - Liaise with HQ, clients, engineers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate approvals and ensure smooth contract execution - Review, interpret, and administer contract terms and conditions, with particular emphasis on FIDIC-based contracts - Support the management of contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders - Monitor project compliance with applicable tax regulations, contractual obligations, and other statutory requirements - Identify potential contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies - Coordinate the timely resolution of contractual and project-related issues to maintain project schedules and objectives - Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual and commercial matters within assigned railway infrastructure project
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or other related major - Business English proficiency - More than 6 years of working experience in contract administration or project coordination in the construction industry with direct experience handling railway projects - Proven experience in contract interpretation, contract administration, variation order management, claims administration, and contractual correspondence - Solid understanding of project commercial management, including cost control, contractual compliance, and commercial governance - Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in administering FIDIC contracts throughout the project lifecycle - Other responsibilities as needed
