Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and monitor adherence to plans
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian construction regulations and company policies
- Support tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement of materials and services
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to achieve successful project delivery
-Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- More than a high conversational level of English
- Have SKK Ahli Teknik Bangunan Gedung 8 or more
- Over 10 years of experience in factory and warehouse construction
- Have experience in project management
- Can use AutoCAD
- Knowledge of architecture, including structural design, construction methods, building materials, and building equipment (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
- Can use MS app (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have SIM A & C
