Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Implement daily/weekly production plans, coordinate production activities, monitor progress, and resolve production issues promptly. - Enforce 6S management, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain consistent product quality through inspections and quality control. - Monitor production efficiency, optimize processes, reduce waste, and control production-related costs. - Manage team leaders and production staff through training, work allocation, performance evaluation, discipline, and motivation. - Oversee proper equipment use and maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents. - Collect and report accurate production data, participate in production reviews, and drive continuous improvement. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Min. Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 6 years of experience as production line including as supervisor in medical device manufacture industry handling subordinates, good understanding of manufacture standard ・Excellent analytical, leadership, and efficient skills
