Resposibilities
Plan and ensure all production activities to stay current and can be more efficient and maximize in accordance with production targets
Plan and ensure maintenance of machines to operate smoothly
Inspect production oversee production operational systems and procedures
Desirable Character
・ Good in analytical thinking
・Strong personality
・Execellent in Communication and interpersonal skills

D3 / S1 Textile Engineering
Max. 35 years old
Has experience in printing for 4 years as a leader
Understand waste management production and Man Power production section
Understand the management of K3 and 5R
Have analytical and problem solving skills
Have effective communication skills, oral and written
Able to work underpressure
Honest and responsible
Have Japanese language can be prioritized
