Job Description
- Supervise, monitor, and provide direction to production employees to ensure efficient and safe daily operations. - Assign tasks and responsibilities to production personnel in accordance with production plans and operational priorities. - Organize and manage workflow by preparing work schedules, shift arrangements, and manpower allocation. - Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and clearly communicate targets and expectations to employees. - Monitor production output to ensure products meet required specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. - Compile, analyze, and report production data and records, including output, downtime, manpower utilization, and productivity. - Ensure all production equipment, machines, and tools are functioning properly and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or preventive maintenance. - Identify production issues, inefficiencies, or deviations and implement corrective actions in a timely manner. - Enforce compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and housekeeping standards. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. - Coordinate closely with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth production flow.
Job Requirement
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field. - Required: Conversational level of English. - Required: At least 2 years of experience as production senior staff or supervisor in Japanese Food Manufacture, with experience in HACCP, GMP, and Halal procedures. - Required: Proven experience in supervising production teams, achieving production targets, and understanding production processes, workflow, and manpower management. - Required: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Required: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle shift-based operations.
