Job Description

-Supervise, monitor, and provide direction to production employees to ensure efficient and safe daily operations.
-Assign tasks and responsibilities to production personnel in accordance with production plans and operational priorities.
-Organize and manage workflow by preparing work schedules, shift arrangements, and manpower allocation.
-Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and clearly communicate targets and expectations to employees.
-Monitor production output to ensure products meet required specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
-Compile, analyze, and report production data and records, including output, downtime, manpower utilization, and productivity.
-Ensure all production equipment, machines, and tools are functioning properly and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or preventive maintenance.
-Identify production issues, inefficiencies, or deviations and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
-Enforce compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
-Coordinate closely with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth production flow.
-Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related fields
・Conversational level of English
・Have 2 years of experience as production sr. staff or supervisor in Japanese Food Manufacture and experience in the procedure of HACCP, GMP and Halal
・Proven experience in supervising production teams, achieving production target and understanding production process, workflow and manpower management
・Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
・Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle shift-based operations if required.
