Job Description
-Manage daily production line operations and monitor progress -Supervise, train, and manage shifts of production staff -Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (HACCP, etc.) -Handle production issues and implement corrective improvements -Prepare and review production performance reports -Manage equipment and production materials -Coordinate and communicate with other departments (Quality Control, Maintenance, etc.) -Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, and related fields ・More than 3 years supervisor expirence in Japanese or MNC Food Factory, Beverage Factory, pharmaceutical Factory, and related fields ・More than High conversational level English ・Stable career
