Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise and coordinate daily production to meet output and quality targets - Lead, train, and motivate operators and shift leaders - Monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap, downtime) and drive improvements - Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and safety standards - Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams - Support continuous improvement, NPI, and line optimization activities - Maintain production reports and ensure data accuracy - Other responsibility as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) ・Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with foreigners) ・Min. 3 years as Production Supervisor in Multinational or Japanese manufacturing company, experienced in handling 100+ operators per shift ・Strong understanding of manufacture process, Lean & Kaizen, AutoCAD, proficient in MS Office, familiar with HSE standard and safe working practices ・Willing to work in 3 shift rotation and perform overtime or weekend duties if needed ・Excellent leadership, teamwork, and good analytical skill
