Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Have an experience at least 4 years as Supervisor in production in foods manufacturing
- Hard working with good communication and Interpersonal skill.
- Good communication skill English is MUST
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and supervise PPIC, Proccesing/Production, and Maintainance Team.
- Schedule and prepare production work order.
- Responsible to plan, organize, leas, control of production to achieve targeted outputs.
- Constantly improve the efficiencly,hygience, work safety and cleanliness in production.
- Management and KAIZEN of the production line, and improvement of production safety. Etc. Various roles related to production
