Job Description
- Lead and manage daily production operations across all departments, ensuring smooth workflow from raw material processing to final product packing. - Oversee and optimize the entire furniture manufacturing process (machining, assembly, sanding, finishing) to achieve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. - Supervise and coordinate a large production team, ensuring proper manpower planning, discipline, and productivity. - Monitor and control the performance of woodworking machinery and CNC equipment (including 5-axis CNC) to ensure optimal utilization and minimal downtime. - Identify, analyze, and resolve technical production issues related to furniture construction, machinery, and workflow processes. - Implement and maintain production standards, quality control measures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to improve production planning, meet customer requirements, and support export-quality standards. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・High Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate about technical matters to expats) ・Min. 3 years as Production Manager with at least 7 years of experience in furniture manufacture industry, experienced in managing at least 300 workers ・Experienced in wood furniture construction and manufacture process (from raw material to finishing & packaging), hands on experience with woodworking machinery and CNC machines, production flow, process optimization & efficiency improvement, familiar with modern factory operations ・Strong leadership, firm, assertive, hands on, technically driven, disciplined
