<Job Responsibilities> - Handle equipment evaluation, selection, and adjustment for new production processes - Define and finalize specifications for production equipment and jigs - Coordinate with equipment manufacturers (mainly Japanese stakeholders) - Provide technical guidance and support to local team members
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production engineering within the manufacturing industry, particularly in production equipment and jig/process design ・OR experience in development at a machinery/equipment manufacturer ・Strong hands-on experience in equipment setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting ・Experience in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors (experience working with Japanese stakeholders is an advantage) ・Experience in people management ・Experience at Senior Engineer or Assistant Manager level ・Ability to communicate in English for daily operations ・Knowledge or hands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller/sequencer)
