Job Description
- Oversee overall production control, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes - Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery according to project timelines. - Handle end-to-end process from sample production to shipment management. - Coordinate and manage documentation exchange with the Japan headquarters. - Translate product specifications and instructions from Japanese into Indonesian for production teams. - Provide interpretation support when necessary to facilitate communication between Japanese and local teams. - Communicate with the external agency of production control - Visiting other factory to ensure the process - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Business level Japanese (image N2, certificate is not a must) - Working experience in manufacturing/factory *Experience in apparel factories or sewing factories is a big plus - Experience in production control is a big plus - Willing to go to 2 locations
