Job Description
- Create and manage detailed production schedules to ensure products are delivered on time. - Oversee and coordinate production processes to maintain smooth operations and timely output. - Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, applying corrective measures when necessary. - Evaluate inventory and production capacity to make the best use of available resources. - Collaborate with supply chain and procurement departments to ensure timely availability of materials. - Continuously monitor production and adjust plans as needed to meet shifting demands. - Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and quality assurance, to ensure cohesive production operations.
Job Requirement
・A minimum of a Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. ・At least 3 years of experience as Production leader in the automotive manufacturing sector. ・Proven expertise in managing assembly line operations. ・Capable of supervising the entire production team, including Group Leaders and Line Leaders. ・Skilled in calculating workforce requirements, production lead times, and material needs. ・ More than high conversational level English. ・Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
