Job Description
・Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet output targets. ・Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and on time. ・Monitor line performance, productivity, and downtime. ・Coordinate with PPIC to align production plans with material availability. ・Lead process improvement initiatives (Kaizen Lean Manufacturing). ・Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). ・Improve production efficiency, yield rate, and cost reduction. ・Ensure proper implementation of new product introduction (NPI). ・Ensure production meets quality standards (ISO, IATF, customer requirements). ・Collaborate with QA/QC team to resolve quality issues. ・Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. ・Lead, supervise, and develop supervisors, engineers, and operators. ・Conduct performance evaluations and training programs. ・Foster teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement culture. ・Ensure machines and equipment are operating efficiently. ・Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance. ・Support automation and technology upgrades. ・Monitor and control production costs (labor, material usage, scrap). ・Improve productivity and optimize resource utilization. ・Support budgeting and cost-reduction programs. ・Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・5 years of experience as Production or Engineering Assistant Manager from Electronic Manufacture. ・Business English and Japanese proficiency
