Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise daily electrical assembly production activities to ensure output meets production targets and schedules - Lead and manage production operators, including manpower planning, shift coordination, and performance monitoring - Ensure all processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations - Monitor production line performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality - Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to support smooth production operations - Handle troubleshooting of production issues and escalate critical problems when necessary - Prepare and maintain production reports, KPIs, and operational documentation - Oversee the implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality practices, ensuring they are consistently applied in line with company and ISO standards
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering ・Business level of English Proficiency ・Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in production or electrical assembly within an automotive or electronics manufacturing company with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role ・Strong knowledge of electrical assembly processes and production line operations ・Familiar with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices ・Good leadership, strong communication, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
